Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Terms + Conditions of this Management & Rental Agreement which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference. I agree to pay the costs associated with the services I have requested. I agree to provide thirty days notice of my intent to terminate this agreement. I agree that I will remain responsible for any costs incurred for services provided until said termination is final.
