- 4 Bedroom/3 Bathroom Townhome: $185/cleaning and inspection
- 5 Bedroom/5 Bathroom Single Family Home: $200/cleaning and inspection
- Home Maintenance
- Air Conditioner Filter: $25/quarter
- Pest Control: $30/month
- Pool Service: $75/month (for Jacuzzi add $10/month)
- Assembly: $35/hour
- Ad Hoc Services
- Call-Out / Delivery (business hours): $25/hour plus mileage
- Call-Out / Delivery (after hours): $35/hour plus mileage
- Linen & Electrical Inventory: $50
- Payment Processing Fees: 3%
- Onboarding Services
- Utility Bill Setup (Deposits Separate): $75
- Employer ID Number (EIN) Application: $25
- Florida Hotel License Application: $250 (includes filing fee)
- Tax Compliance Needs
- Sales Tax Application/Transfer: $25
- Tourist Development Tax Application/Transfer: $25
- Local Business Tax Receipt Application: $65
- State LLC Filing Needs
- Initial Application: $175 (includes filing fee)
- Annual Report: $200 (includes filing fee)
- Change of Registered Agent: $50 (includes filing fee)
