Wi-Fi

Here’s how to access the wi-fi at each of our properties:

2952 Banana Palm
Network is ‘2952 Banana Palm’ and password is ‘4079970933’.

2985 Banana Palm

6515 Collins Avenue
Network is ‘BeachParadise’ and password is ‘7AC4CHitron’.

8988 Cuban Palm

Pool

For your enjoyment, a private pool is available at Paradise Palms Resort. For the protection of your children and guests, please keep the sliding glass door and pool fence closed at all times.

As there is no lifeguard on duty at the private pool or resort pools, please closely supervise your children and swim at your own risk.

If you are removing pool towels from a home (where available) for use at the resort pools, they must be returned to the home to avoid the application of fees to the security deposit.

Checkout

Please carefully check the home before leaving. We are not responsible for items left behind.

Checkout is at 10:00 AM EST. To avoid additional charges, please be sure to exit the home by this time. You are free to continue to enjoy the clubhouse and all its amenities until closing.

Please ensure that there are no items missing or damage done to the home before leaving or additional fees will be applied to the security deposit.
